It’s been nearly a month since we reopened the doors of Island Blue Tobermory, and particularly in the last week it’s been a fantastic feeling to welcome so many visitors to Mull and Tobermory – often British visitors making their first visit to the island and really loving it! Since opening, it’s also been the case that many of our regular islander customers have been back in stocking up on our distinctive card selection or lifting their senses with the likes of Inis and Essence of Harris with their unique appeal! Our new super soft furry animal friends from Jellycat have also been proving an instant hit again after opening! All in all, it’s great to be back open and once again be part of the daily heartbeat of daily life on Mull.

As we slip into rather typical July weather for the islands, the evening light of a few days ago shows the beguiling beauty of the unexpected moment of light transforming the view across the bay.
